near4rest took a visit to the city MOMBASA in 2025. The Young Power Project has created a 200-square-meter football field at Miche Bora Nursery & Primary School in Mombasa, Kenya, complete with turf renovation, goal-posts, and player benches.

Many children here dream of becoming professional foot-ballers, but limited space and poor conditions hinder their play. nearrest has transformed an 800-meter distant, dusty area into a dedicated field, enabling the children to channel their energy and experience teamwork.

The school’s principal told us how football is more than a game here, it’s a form of wisdom. The kids there are bold, creative, and full of energy. Football becomes a lifeline. It offers not only a place to run and play, but a framework of discipline, community, and belief.

Each match is a stage where their talent, dreams, and determination take the spotlight. They’re not just playing, they’re shaping a future built on movement and ambition. That conversation stayed with us.

This initiative aims to provide lasting memories while promoting sustainable practices for physical and mental well-being, contributing fresh philanthropic energy across.
WE AIM TO BE A CULTURAL SAFE HAVEN,
TO BRIDGE THE ONES IN NEED AND THE ONES WHO SHARES.
